Kikanshi Link Dan

Link from Zelda Spirit Tracks. Or should say Links. Ugh, this took me forever to finish. Started it early in the year and kept delaying, slowly doing little by little. Group pictures sometimes take me a long time. This is based off the Hyrule Historia concept art on Link's engineer outfit for Spirit Tracks www.amazon.co.jp/%E3%83%8F%E3%… . I thought they were all so cute, I had to draw them all. The biggest Link up front is the normal design, his blue clothes and red hat.

My artwork compared to the page from Hyrule Historia. I put colored numbers to help. There's one Link I didn't draw because he basically looked the same as the final design. He's the only one without a number next to him.

The text in the upper-left corner is Wind Waker Hylian characters. It's a font set I downloaded from this site: www.kasuto.net/wind_waker.php?… Like it sounds, you can type Zelda text with a normal PC keyboard. Wind Waker's symbols are the same in Spirit Tracks. These characters are based off Japanese katakana. What I wrote in the Hylian text is ゼルダノデンセツ　ダイチノキテキ (zeruda no densetsu daichi no kiteki), which is the Japanese title for Legend of Zelda Spirit Tracks. Though it wouldn't surprise me if I somehow made a mistake. Anyway, wanted to try something different with text this time.
